Our Inn is designed with adults in mind; however, by prior arrangement, well-behaved children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All accommodations have a private bath with a shower; air conditioning, a full breakfast and personalized attention.

As parents of two Marine sons, we understand and appreciate first hand the sacrifices made by our Military men and women and their families. As our way of saying THANK YOU for your service, active duty United States military service members and their immediate families will receive a 25% discount off our published rates.

Guest Loyalty Rewards
If you have been a guest at Maxwell Creek Inn Bed & Breakfast at least two times, upon your third visit Loyal Returning guest will automatically be upgraded to the Gaylord Suite for the same price of your favorite room. If the Suite is not available on the dates you wish to be here Loyal Returning guest will receive a 10% discount on their favorite room.

Rates
- Room rates include a full gourmet breakfast by candlelight (except the Cobblestone Carriage House)
- Published rates are subject to change without notice and may vary according to availability, holidays or special events. A One Night stay during a Holiday Weekend may be charged a premium rate.
- The room rate is for single or double occupancy. Prices do not include 8% NYS sales tax.
- All rates are subject to 8% sales tax.
Reservations
- Reservations are recommended.
- A deposit of $100 must be received within 10 days after the reservation is made to guarantee your reservations. If not received, we reserve the right to re-book the room.
- The balance plus tax is due at arrival time.
- Cash or personal checks are preferred methods of payment, however, Visa or MasterCard Debit or Credit is accepted at Check-In.
- We offer a 2% discount for payments made with cash or personal checks at check-in.
- If personal checks are returned, you are required to pay all fees associated, plus a $50 returned check fee.
- Occasionally we require a minimum of a two-night stay during holiday weekends and special events.
 
Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in is between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Please make prior arrangements if you are unable to arrive during this time. Earlier check-in is welcomed when prior arrangements are made.
- Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Cancellations
If cancellation is necessary, please give us the courtesy of a call.
- There is a 14-day cancellation period; otherwise, refund of your deposit is contingent upon our ability to re-book the room, less a $35 cancellation fee. Sorry, there are no refunds for late arrival or early departures.
- There is a 30-day cancellation period for holidays and special events.
Smoking
- Maxwell Creek Inn Bed & Breakfast is a NO SMOKING facility. For safety purposes, smoking is permitted outside only.
- Guests ignoring our NO SMOKING policy will be asked to leave.
- A $300 cleaning charge will be billed to your credit card.
Pet Policy
- Out of consideration to other guest that may have allergies, we are unable accept furry four-legged family members at this time. Preston, our standard poodle, is not allowed in guests’ quarters or common guests areas and will only be introduced to you upon request.
- If you wish to travel with your pet, we have a wonderful kennel down the street to board your furry family member, where you can include them for your day hike or scenic drive. Please call us for more information. We will be happy to help you with these arrangements.

One-night stay in one of our beautiful guest rooms. Evening Dessert featuring a warm Apple Dessert Cup topped with vanilla ice cream and apple cider syrup, coffee or tea. In the morning a full gourmet breakfast featuring an Apple & Smoked Swiss Cheese Omelet with bacon, toast, juice, coffee or tea. After breakfast guest will want to get started on the 14-farm market tour featuring Wayne County Apples. Upon arrival, guests receive an Apple Tasting Tour Map to guide their way to each unique farm. Your apple tasting tour includes lunch for two at Burnap's Farm Market or Lagoner Farms. (Gift Card included $20 value).

Enjoy a scenic drive and explore our boutique wineries along Lake Ontario Wine Trail. Your getaway includes overnight accommodations with a gourmet breakfast for two, a welcome bag including a wine trail passport with visitor information, a specialty apple treat served with coffee or tea in the evening. Create and pick up your picnic lunch for two at the Pultneyville Deli Company while on your wine trail journey ($30 value). $179 includes sales tax. Add a second night for $89 plus sales tax.
