Gaylord Suite This grand and elegant room has a large picture window that overlooks Maxwell Bay, apple orchards, and Lake Ontario. The suite is furnished with a king-size bed, sofa, chair, wicker dining set and lounge, private bath, TV, small refrigerator and air conditioning.





Elizabeth Swales Room This cozy room overlooks Maxwell Bay and Lake Ontario. A spacious room furnished with a king size bed, antiques, and air conditioning.



John Preston Gaylord Room This bright, sunny room has views of Maxwell Bay and Lake Ontario. It is furnished with a queen size bed, antiques, built-in library bookshelf and air conditioning.



William Swales Room Overlooks the apple orchards and offers an antique four poster full-size and twin-size bed, a comfortable sitting area and a private bath.



Mary Ellen Shumway-Gaylord Room This room is named after the mother of 10 Gaylord children and the last generation of Gaylords to live in the old cobblestone house. It overlooks Maxwell Creek and is furnished with a king size bed, sitting room and a private bath.



Cobblestone Carriage House This private cottage has two separate efficiency suites. Each has a private bath. The Loft sleeps 6 and has TV, A/C and fireplace. The William T. Gaylord Suite is located on the ground level of the carriage house and sleeps 4. Pictured is the kitchenette for the ground level suite.

Reservations

Reservations are recommended. To guarantee your reservation, a deposit equal to one night's stay must be received within 10 days after the reservation is made. If not received, we reserve the right to re-book the room. The balance plus tax is due at arrival time. Cash, personal checks, and traveler’s checks are accepted. A minimum of a two-night stay is required from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Cancellations

There is a 14-day cancellation period; otherwise refunds are contingent upon our ability to re-book the room, less a $30 cancellation fee. Sorry, there are no refunds for late arrival or early departures.

There is a 30-day cancellation period for holidays and special events.

Rates

Please call us at (315) 483-2222 for our current rates. All rates are subject to an 8% sales tax. Gift certificates are available!

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. Please make prior arrangements if you are unable to arrive during this time. A $25.00 fee will be charged for checking-in after 6 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

The Cobblestone Carriage House is a NO SMOKING facility. For safety purposes smoking is permitted outside only. Guests ignoring our NO SMOKING policy will be asked to leave.

NO pets, please.

Our Inn is designed with adults in mind; however, by prior arrangement, well-behaved children are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
